Thermal Imaging

The infrared camera offers a non-invasive/non-destructive, means of monitoring and diagnosing the condition of buildings. Thermal cameras have been around for a while but with new technology and affordability they are a must have for professional home inspectors. The camera gives me the ability to see behind the wall coverings to tell if insulation is missing resulting in a hot room in summer, or if there is an active leak coming from a pipe in the ceiling. Prolook uses this great tool in all of our inspections at no extra cost.
